Went on Saturday the first thing I noticed was the sticky floors pretty much everywhere. The toilets didn’t help either because they smelled bad. The music was fine, but my brain sort of does the quick math: sticky floors + bad toilets = this place isn’t being cleaned properly

I stopped by around later in the evening, and the way the door policy was handled just didn’t feel fair to me. Maybe it was just that night, but it left a bad impression, so I probably won’t be going back

I tried getting in touch with them about an issue with my booking, but I just kept getting passed from one person to another. The replies took forever, and something about it just felt like nobody was really bothered to sort it out. Disappointing overall, wouldn’t be in a hurry to use them again.

I booked and paid for the tickets online, the confirmation email never came. I kept checking my inbox and spam folder, but nothing showed up, it was frustrating...

Went on Saturday and was expecting the bar to be a bit of a mission, but the queue moved way faster than I thought it would. The staff were getting drinks out quickly and seemed on it all night. It still got busy at times, but I never felt like I was stuck waiting forever, which made the night a lot easier to enjoy.

Had a decent night at Pryzm overall, and I was going to say the place was great, but the toilets did take the shine off it a bit. The queues were quite long and a few cubicles had no paper, which wasn’t ideal. It’s not the worst I’ve seen, actually maybe that’s being a bit generous, but it definitely could’ve been cleaner later in the night. Staff were around, but it didn’t really look like anyone was checking them much

Went to Pryzm last weekend and getting in was way less hassle than I expected. IDs were checked quickly but still properly, so there wasn’t that awkward standing around forever thing. The door staff were alright with us too and pointed us where to go once we were in. It was busy but still felt organised. Had a good night, I’d go back.

Booked a VIP table for a birthday, and the booth itself was nice enough. Drinks were correct when they came out, but once the place got busy, service really slowed down and we had to keep flagging people down. Maybe it was just that night, but if that’s how VIP usually runs, I don’t know that it’s worth paying extra for. We still had a good time overall, just expected a bit more.

I had to return something I bought from pryzm.co.uk and wasn’t sure what to expect with the refund. I messaged them to check, and they got back to me the next day, which felt reasonable and respectful enough.
The money came back after a few days, so it wasn’t instant, but it also didn’t feel like they were dragging their feet. I do think companies should keep people updated a bit better when they’re holding onto someone’s money, but overall it was dealt with fairly and without much stress.

Went to PRYZM with a few mates and, i was pleasantly surprised by the drink prices. You kind of expect clubs to take the mick a bit, but it actually felt reasonable and no one was being ripped off.
There were some decent deals on drinks too, which made a difference since we were there for a good few hours. It’s nice when a place lets people enjoy their night without charging silly money just because they can. Easy 5 stars from me

The app does what it’s supposed to do, so I don’t really get why people act like it’s unusable. That said, the website can feel a bit clunky sometimes, and a few things could definitely be smoother. But overall, it works well enough for me.

I paid for the cloakroom, but it was frustrating from start to finish. Dropping my coat off took ages, and getting it back at the end of the night was even worse. The staff seemed confused and didn’t really look like they cared much. The queue was ridiculously long by closing time, and it kind of ruined the end of the night for me. Sure I wouldn’t rush back after that

Went on Saturday with a few mates and yeah, it was a good night overall. Nothing too over the top, just one of those nights where you get in, get a drink, and the music is mostly what you’re hoping for. They played a mix of chart stuff, dance tracks, and a few older songs that had everyone doing that thing where you suddenly remember all the words.

The DJ kept things moving well, which I always appreciate because nothing kills the mood faster than weird gaps or a totally random change in vibe. There were maybe one or two tracks where I was like, okay, not sure where that came from, but it didn’t really ruin anything. Sound was loud, obviously, but clear enough, and I’d definitely go again with friends.

We ended up standing outside for ages in a queue that barely moved at all. By the time we finally got in, everyone was already fed up. What made it worse was the way staff spoke to us when we asked what was going on, like we were being unreasonable for even asking. Just felt really dismissive and not worth the hassle, honestly

Had a decent time. Music, lights, vibe were solid, but the crowd was a lot. Some fun people, some pushy, and it got way too packed later. Still okay overall, just not ideal if you want a chill club night.

Security was on top of things and kept the line moving, so the wait wasn’t too bad at all. It did get a bit crowded later on, but I still felt safe inside, which is what matters, right??

Not sure if something had happened earlier or what, but the bouncers were really rude and came across aggressive for no obvious reason. It just put a bad vibe on the whole night.
